•Partner closely with Finance, GTM, Product and Operations to drive monthly business reviews, quarterly business reviews and annual planning processes for the Marketing and SD organization including investment decisions, strategic priorities, business goal setting, target setting, and communications.
•Leverage product and business analytics to do ad-hoc, deep-dives on user engagement patterns, conversion trends, and growth opportunities across the self-serve and sold funnel. Use this insight to shape hypotheses, drive prioritization conversations, and identify areas to probe more deeply in partnership with Product, Growth and GTM teams.
•Independently scope and lead strategic programs to solve high-impact problems. This includes developing frameworks, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring execution drives measurable outcomes. For example, develop and operationalize a product and go-to-market strategy for startups.
•Summarize organizational performance and progress through weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, internal newsletters, and company-wide updates. Use data to tell a compelling story and drive alignment on where we’re winning and where we need to focus.
•Bring clarity to ambiguity. You’ll navigate complexity, distill insight from noise, resolve issues quickly, and empower teams to make smart, confident decisions.
•Drive analysis and research that will help inform Stripe’s overall strategy and help us make the right long-term decisions
•Work directly with senior leaders across the company and with cross-functional partners to accelerate progress, solve hard scaling initiatives, and incubate new programs
•Design and implement complex business and operational systems and processes
